This looks so amazing and thrilling! I can't wait to get my head exploded by excitement while watching this!

DaMo year started with 'Raven' audio book and continues with Suspects!coolbounce 

It looks like like the show is getting better and better, I wonder how much there will be changes in show, like we saw improvement in S2. And this time it seems that Charlie is in trouble! Maybe Jack will get out of the naughty corner after all...

WOOP WOOP!  We even got Jack dialog in that one!  And some Jack yelling when he gets assaulted. cry  Though I'm sure it will be nothing to him, he's probably been in worse fights...

If I'm not mistaken, the part with the suspect saying "this is victimization" is from all the way from S1 filming.  Not sure how they are tying in "newer" episodes with "older", and how the look will affect it.  

It does look like we get more Charlie-centric storyline, which I am eager to see.  I LOVED all the Jack-centricness in S2, but really felt Charlie was given the short end of the stick.

Hope we do get a bit more of Charlie - it does feel like she's been a bit neglected so far....

The series synopsis and trailer suggests there is some more character development for Charlie, and perhaps just as a bit of Jack context was explored in series 2, we are going to see more of hers this time. and maybe Jack in more of a supporting capacity to her?

I'm wondering about the multiple meanings of the tagline. The word 'lie' can mean to lie on the ground, as in a dead body or some such thing, behind the line of warning tape at a crime scene. Or it may mean some kind of untruth or 'lie' that waits, hidden from view.
The work 'lines' can be the lines of tape put up at a crime scene, or it can mean what we call 'the thin blue line'. The police department itself, or members of law enforcement who line up to protect their own or hide a 'truth' from the public.
I really like that tagline. It gives us plenty to ponder.

It's amazing how much the anticipation and excitment levels increase with a trailer!  I wonder how soon 'soon' will be.

Yes the tagline is intriguing and clever... the trailer shows the police 'tape' as the physical line over which only the police can cross and behind which the horror of crimes lie, from which we are protected. But I am also wondering if it could refer to internal 'worst truths' too... not that this would be new to Suspects, think of the Chief Superintendent in S1.03...

I've not seen it at all on TV yet but I do mostly only watch Channel 5 to see Neighbours. Obviously apart from when Suspects is on !

I literally only got to see the trailer last week because I happened to notice that you'd said it was on, domino - so I put +1 on specially and waited for it!  A vey lucky coinidence. (I rarely watch channel 5 either, rosie - I don't think I've watched Neighbous since it came off the bbc!)  It's disappointing if it hasn't been on since.  I was hoping that by now they'd be saying 'next Wednesday'.....

I've still not seen the Suspects S4 trailer again either Rosie and fifi.. and I have been watching for it. How curious!

Looking back over the previous series and how long from the initial trailer, The Suspects Series 1 trailer aired 3 Jan 2012 with Episode 1 airing 12 Feb.

That's quite a long time between first airing and then the series starting but for series 1 the trailers were definitely on multiple times and they hyped it quite a lot. It's starting to seem like Channel 5 are still undecided about when to show series 4. I would have thought we'd have had a definite date by now if they are starting to show trailers.

The first Series 2 teaser trailer aired 1 August for a 20 August TX for episode 1, The first Series 3 trailer aired 2 Jan 2015 with a 13 Jan TX for episode 1 - So it has varied across all the previous series and for those series, the wait was incredibly quick!. BUT, with all 3 prior series, the trailer has available online on the official Ch 5 website within a week. No sign of the Series 4 one yet, but let's keep our eyes peeled cool
