Announced as part of the “exciting new content” added to their distribution catalogue, both Series 1 and Series 2 of the show feature in the list of new drama titles on their global sales slate. MIPCOM is the world’s largest entertainment TV and content market for international buyers including VOD providers, held in Cannes every year. Suspects will be screened alongside The returned, Acquitted, Blue and Lord and Master at the 4 day industry exhibition. FremantleMedia International (FMI) is heading to MIPCOM 2014 with a host of brand new content, adding to an already extensive catalogue of programming. It is very exciting news! Go get 'em Fremantle! It is true that there is nothing like Suspects out there, I hope it gets snapped up by as many broadcasters as possible. I believe there are VOD services like Netflix at MIPCOM too, not sure if that is what Fremantle are pitching for, but to have Suspect available on demand outside the UK would be a wonderful thing.

Keeping everything crossed for you Super Duper and Jozie, and for all international fans and audiences who have not yet seen the unique and brilliant cop show that Suspects is.

MIPCOM 2014 in Cannes is now over, let's hope Suspects received the recognition it deserved!

According to MIPCOM News magazine for that day, Suspects had its promo day on Wednesday 15 October. (#WestonWednesday no less, so it had to be a good day for the show, right?)

Awesome pic domino, looks like the backround is from LEB It's so exciting to wait and see where Suspects will reach! I think you may be right about the location Jozie

I am hoping for Netflix too - digital is the way to go these days, it used to be the poor second to terrestrial broadcasters, but not any more... now it's the cool first. If digital broadcasters are as forward thinking as they appear to be, Suspects unique format should totally get them all fighting over it!
