OMG!  3 years ago! 

I've never been sure when I first found the forum...but I remember I listened to this live!  And I know that I'd already listened to the Radio Leeds one on iplayer via the forum link before this aired (that was a great interview...such a shame there's no recording of it available) so it was probably through the forum that I found out about the Newcastle one.  Thanks domino!! 

So yeah....I really had been lurking here for 6 months before I became a member ohmygod.gif

Yes it is a shame there is no recording of the BBC Radio Leeds interview, I have inquired but there is no avaiable archive.

OK - so I'm a bit late with this but....

It was 2 years ago on 1st May 2013 that this happened.....

which caused a small ripple of excitement and a certain amount of satisfaction considering that the possibility of Damien appearing in Ripper Street had already been speculated about.

 

And then, 2 years ago on the 2nd of May 2013 this happened....

which, I think it's fair to say, increased the ripple to a tremor!

Little did we know just how long we would have to wait until we heard ANYTHING else about Damien's role in Ripper Street!!

Well, Jack's main piece of equipment (his pen) is all he really needs! This is prior to actual shooting I think, because the support for victims thingumybob is not stuck on the front of his monitor. If I recall there was a week or so of training including driving ?

Totally related to the pen thing though; I'm always chewing mine! I feel a bit lost without it. Not sure that it solves crimes like Jack's pen though.
