very nice 0po, a sophisticated piece of writing, well paced and I particularly loved the introductory part about time - realistic insight into Hal and his immortality. clever and funny too, the way you weave in bits of historical memorabilia! Lol, Leo truly is a ray of light amidst Hal's glumness!

As I was reading, I could not help but wonder what their 70's wardrobe would be and had fun imagining Hal in flares! and even longer sideburns!! but he would probably be stuck in his 'period' costume whatever the decade?!

LOL! Leo did wield the power of the scissors! Hal in a mullet... now there's a thought ....
