I was just thinking that the TV section will be getting a new forum area soon......how exciting is that!!! It's not long ago we were discussing whether to divide TV into Being Human and Ripper Street.....and we've already got another addition!

The more his talents grace my tv screen, the happier I am. The final episode of Ripper Street is 16 December... wow, the day after The Commitments radio play... what a great week that will be.....but we can get through a few weeks without..
Damien plays a DC so far in Ripper Street, so it's a promotion Glofigs!
(Although the official BBC character profile describes Flight as 'Detective Sergeant' so we wonder whether there may be a promotion there too..but I won't take this topic too off topic )
Yes 'Suspects' is a contemporary production, both in terms of time period and, from what we have read, it's creation /production..using techniques that are pretty pioneering for original drama.
OK....so maybe I was just looking for an excuse to gratuitously re-post this pic.....but I'm l laughing over everyone's 'scruff' comments - I actually think he looks fairly....well groomed in this pic.

The thing that strikes me most about this photo... once i get past the and the shiny.... is I cannot wait to see these two actors together, they look as if they get on really well and i bet they have a complete laugh on the set!
