Well Woman magazine did say that according to them it was supposed to be today...before CBB was extended and schedules were changed....so it sounds like, fingers crossed, that Wednesdays will be renamed 'Westonday'
I think that makes it pretty official then, if the channel has that on the advert.... Westonday it is! Sleepy Hollow airs at the same time on Universal Channel as well as new series of Bones on Sky Living. Thank God for +1 channels!! (that is if it has the 9pm slot)

Well...i had a look at next week's tv guide, namely the Wednesday night slot, to see where Suspects could slot in.
At 8pm there is a programme about Emergency Bikers, on Feb 12th it'll air the third out of four programmes At 9pm, the second episode of a new (for C5) series of NCIS airs, so i don't think it'll be in that slot At 10pm next week is what looks like a one off documentary about Sherlock Holmes type detection methods so i'm wondering whether it will go in there and if so, it's post watershed and that makes me a little bit more curious about the show itself. And it's a better slot for my poor overworked Sky+ box too

I'm crossing fingers we get some Damien promo interviews and such soon - we might have to start bugging Rob Smedley to release what he's got now that channel 5 has announced the date; not sure what sort of embargoes have been placed - but this Fay Ripley interview popped up. This little tidbit was interesting:
The bravest thing I’ve ever done is… accepting the job playing a detective inspector in Channel 5’s Suspects, which is a show without a script and involved shooting an hour of television in two days rather than two weeks. My mind was racing at 100mph.
It did seem like there was a very short time between Ripper Street wrap & Suspects wrap! I am just bursting with curiosity about this show, how the improvised format will be, how Damien comes across as Jack Weston. Less than 2 weeks now!!!

Great find whimsy thanks so much for posting! Wow, I am no expert in shooting for TV, but 2 days for 2 hours ? That would take it to a total of 10 days filming for the entire series!
I am even more intrigued now, to put actors in that pressure cooker and intense environment is going to have very interesting and realistic results!
I think it was probably a very linear filming process, especially if there's no scripts, because there's little advantage to using a single location a filming multiple scenes for multiple eps - it would confuse the actors if nothing else. Plus, with no script, on the assumption that the dialogue flawed OK, there may be a requirement to film each scene once. With a setup such as this, I'm expecting a rough and ready camera style (which may be awful to the viewer's eyes!) so that they don't need to keep resetting and the actors have to remember what they just said!
Ha! I read 2 hours of TV in 2 days! so my maths is fine but my reading needs addressing!
The trailer doesn't really show the camera style in much detail, but a couple of glimspes of exactly that Kat... and the official press so far has made a big point of saying it was shot using fresh new filming techniques, fly-on-the- wall style/ documentary/ mockumentary
