Love it when the Sirs talk about the friendship between the four cast members both on and off stage.

Me too Ellie:
"the relationship the four of us have on stage and off stage is as if we've been together for fifty years. " (Sir Pat Stew) - love this!

Also standout for me - Damien's comment about Harold Pinter's mischievous side is very striking and thought provoking:
"I think there was a mischievous side to Harold Pinter in hoping that the play would out the audience in a sort of 'No Man's Land'."

Fabulous interviews. Just those few insights make me see it in a new light!  The two sirs having such a long-standing professional and personal relationship, it's heartwarming that their comraderie has extended to include Owen and Damien in their little circle.

What a lovely little treat!  I always love hearing actors talk about their roles.  Especially Damien wink   It's great that even coming up to the end of it's run NML keeps on giving!

Yes - it's lovely to hear Sir Pat talking about their relationship.  It's good they get on so well as they've been working so closely together for months now - but it is nice that it gets mentioned...especially as the 2 sirs have been such good friends for so long.

"Also standout for me - Damien's comment about Harold Pinter's mischievous side is very striking and thought provoking:
"I think there was a mischievous side to Harold Pinter in hoping that the play would out the audience in a sort of 'No Man's Land'.""

- this is true!  The play puts you on the wrong foot all the way through....points of reference are constantly shifting and it does feel as if this is a place between states of being (?!?)
