While we excitedly await pics of Damien as Detective Constable Albert Flight in Ripper Street....

are there any fan artists out there who can give us an artists impression?

Me too! I love seeing different interpretations. I should have a go at it. It'll be a challenge (but I do like a challenge).  In the very least, maybe I can get a giggle of everyone if it doesn't come out right.

Oh my goodness..LOVE IT hermyowee! very professionally done..and atmospheric.

I used the hat from the only pic we have see of Damien in costume, but do wonder if that will be his only one!

I love both of these, but yes.....I am really hoping that Det. Flight will be a happy chappie.  I want to see lots of smiles - although I must admit that I don't hold out much hope....Ripper Street isn't exactly a lsugh a minute!

Oh my gosh, we definitely did, didn't we? Actually, come to think of it, mine is really dismal! It would definitely be nice to see his character be on the happier side. Although I suspect fifi may be right. Only time will tell!

How true, but Detective Flight could still be a happy chappy amongst the grim and grime of Victorian London.

Eep! just realised there is just so much to find out about Damien's new character - having only ever seen him portray Hal, it is going to be thrilling not only to find out about the character, but the energy Damien brings to him!

Anyone else want to have a go at some fan art or photo art for Detective Albert Flight?

I was playing around with the photo from the Mr. Hobbs coffee last day of filming picture. (instead of doing what I was supposed to be doing)  This is the result.  Apparently Det. Flight was coffee aficionado as well.  wink (I didn't have the heart to crop the coffee sign.)

oh wow, I made that a couple months ago.  

I was quite disappointed that his name isn't in the opening credits.  I so wanted to see his name in that pretty typeface.  Tempted to redo that first one I made that has a mockup of his name in the RS typeface with one of his other photos...
