I tweeted him and asked yesterday when he posted that pic but as usual...nothing.

Why all the secrecy, i know some projects request it but in the past, E4 have announced upcoming projects pretty quickly, sometimes just before filming begins but he's very close mouthed in general with jobs so it's frustrating. C'mon Damo!!

It is unlikely Damien would be allowed to mention anything he's attached to until officially announced... but I quite enjoy the cryptic clues, hope they keep coming!

E4 has announced it's upcoming comedy drama slate, and has also recently announced casting for one of the projects we speculated about, 'Aliens'. Our next guess is 'Crashing'. Fingers crossed for a further casting announcement soon!

 I've only just noticed this.  I loved Misfits.....watched the first 4 series over one half term week last year! But I watched on Netflix...didn't realise it was E4.

And hooray for Michael Socha in Aliens.  Would've been funny if they were both in it.  Hope we find put what Damo's up to soon....

A character with a penchant for chocolate of the Scottish variety.. perhaps it is a Scottish character? Edinburgh is listed as one of his accent specialisms on Damien's Spotlight profile...

Fifi I would love to see Damien and Michael together in something again one day!

I'm still pondering the possibility of a scottish accent! a messy snack eating scottish dude!
This is why I love speculation... we're probably way off the mark but it is fun to imagine!

it could be anything, E4 have lots of good stuff coming up, but each day that goes by is a day closer to when we find out more about Damien's new project! Going to love a bit of comedy!

Interesting. Nobody has mentioned spotting Damo yet but sounds like it could be connected. We haven't had any cryptic tweets for a while. Come on Damien !

E4 seems to have an ever increasing comedy slate so the E4 filming could be anything but I guess I am clutching at any straws because it is exciting! I wonder if we'll get a "that's a wrap" tweet - that was how we found out more about Tiger Raid. Whatever this project is, it is being officially kept under wraps, curious because E4's Aliens is filming now and the cast were announced just before filming!

It's always his shows that are top secret.  God forbid they (or he) throw us fans a bone.

If that is the show he's filming, he doesn't have much of a commute!

Although this has been filming for 6 weeks now, we still know nothing about it except it's a comedy.  And we've still managed to fill 6 pages of posts!!  

I do hope we at least get a 'wrapped' tweet.....

 Lol! we're great speculators fifi, I must admit I find this bit fun! The process of suspense and discovery is exciting, but I am hoping the discovery part comes soon!

The secrecy is not Damien's decision I'm sure, he may not be able to talk about it until casting is officially announced. So let's hope E4 do that soon!

There was one announced through the week, 'Wasted' about twenty somethings in, i think the West Country? That made me wonder whether it was Damien's super-secret project but I don't think it's begun filming yet and no cast has been announced.

Then there's a David Schwimmer (he from Friends) vehicle (but this is from channel four so likely not Damien's project)

Another one that was announced was Roisin Conaghty's 'GameFace' but Damien's name isn't on the cast.

Thanks for posting the Wasted info Lisa, I saw the press release for it and Gameface but must admit I discounted both as Damien has been filming for quite a while now and these looks like they are at an earlier stage. Could be wrong though, and the premise for Wasted looks fab!

I am still waiting to hear more about Crashing.. the timing is right for that to be filming now.
